The Edition 2013 (effective 1 January 2013) includes the latest changes passed at the ISTA Ordinary Meeting 2012, held at Venlo, the Netherlands. Updates, in the form of additions or replacements of existing pages, are published as Amendments and can inserted separately into the binder.
