Become Accredited

ISTA Membership 

Only member laboratories of ISTA may become accredited.

You can request an application form by emailing the Head of Accreditation and Technical Department.

Laboratories applying for Accreditation must participate in the ISTA inter-laboratory Proficiency Testing Programme.
 

Fees

As per the ECOM decision from 2015 the audit fee of 13'000 Swiss Francs will be paid forward in 3 annual instalments of 4'330 Swiss Francs.  

The first Instalment is to be paid before the first audit.  

After the laboratory has been accredited a fee of 1’224 Swiss Francs for the current year applies.   

For the following years these fees are part of the ISTA annual membership invoice.
